Greetings Cappy Families, 

We've had an exciting day at school today! During our Cappy Connect assembly, several students were recognized with a Cappy Celebration Certificate for standing out to our staff for their hard work, kindness, and just going the extra mile (see picture). Our grade 2s and 3s got to go out on the field to snowshoe, and many of our grade 4s and 5s did their traffic patrol training with the Alberta Motor Association.  Also, after a taking a vote from our staff, School Council, Student Advisory Council and students, we have decided on a new school logo. The winning logo was revealed during the Cappy Connect Assembly. The logo has "gone back" to our CBE graphics team to make final tweaks and then we will officially unveil it to our community. 

Parent-Teacher Interviews (now called School Conferences)

We have our school conferences next week on Thursday, March 14 – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday, March 15 – 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  

School Engagement Survey

Mom's Pantry Fundraiser

Our School Council has sent out a fundraiser called Mom's Pantry. We will be sending out more information regarding this fundraiser soon, as there have been some questions. Thank you for continuing to support Cappy Smart students through fundraisers like Mom's Pantry and Healthy Hunger.
