Greetings Cappy families, 

And just like that, we are in our final week of school before the summer holidays. On Friday we wrapped up our final club, Jays Care. Our grade 3 students had their first baseball game and were thrilled with their Jays merch - matching shirts and hats. 

This year has been another great year at Cappy. We've had more clubs, more residencies, and more opportunities for deep learning! Our students are thriving, and while we are looking forward to our holidays, we are going to miss them very much over the summer. 

Please note important information: 

• Mon, Tues, Wednesday are full school days. Thursday June 27 is a SHORTENED day. We release the students at 11:20am.  NO SCHOOL FRIDAY!
• NO BREAKFAST Club after June 25 (Tuesday is the last day for breakfast at 7:40). We will still offer our "grab and go" breakfast items for students
• Please, please let your dayhome/day care provider know of the changing bell times next year. They too need to plan for the change.  
• If you are not planning to return to Cappy School, you should let us know. 
• Our office will open for calls starting Aug 26 between 9 & 3.  
• The first day back to school is Aug 29. Ensure you sign up for school messenger so that you can receive our opening message, with school times and plans. 
• Report cards are available for viewing & download on Wednesday, June 25 through the PowerSchool website.  
• This upcoming week is Cappy Staff Appreciation week (thank you Cappy School Council for organizaing!). See flyer below.
